PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a mental burden on a care receiver due to excretion and improve a work environment of a care giver.SOLUTION: In an excretion care device, a wrapping sheet 3 pulled out of a wrapping sheet stocker 1 is inverted from an outer periphery to an inner periphery of a wrapping sheet outer frame 5, passed through an inner surface of an anal opening/closing arm 4 at the rear side of the wrapping sheet outer frame 5, and gripped by a wrapping sheet chuck 34 while the end of the wrapping sheet is closed. The anal opening/closing arm 4 is inserted to an anal of a care receiver and attached to the care receiver while enclosing a hip with the wrapping sheet outer frame 5. When detecting an excretion start signal by excretion, the anal opening/closing arm 4 opens the anal. When detecting an excrement head signal, the wrapping sheet chuck 34 gripping the wrapping sheet 3 is moved synchronously with excrement 46 and wraps the excrement 46 up while guiding it into the wrapping sheet 3. When the excretion is not detected again for a predetermined period of time, the anal opening/closing arm 4 is opened and closed at a predetermined number of times, at the same time, the wrapping sheet 3 is moved, and wiping operations are performed. At the end of a predetermined number of wiping operations, the excrement 46 is wrapped, sealed, separated, and then disposed.
