PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce mental burden imposed on a person who requires care due to excretion and improve a working environment of a carer.SOLUTION: The excretion care device is configured to be attached to a person who requires care in a state in which it is inserted into an anal of the person who requires care and then a hip part is surrounded with a containment sheet outer frame 1. When an excretion start signal is detected in response to excretion, an anal opening arm 4 opens the anal. Upon detection of the excretion beginning signal, a containment sheet 54 is moved in synchronization with a first stage feeding device, a second stage feeding device, and excretion, and the excretion is introduced into the containment sheet while contained in it. Then if excretion does not occur again within a certain period, the anal opening arm is opened and closed a certain number of times, and simultaneously, the containment sheet is further moved for wiping operation.
