The invention relates to a device for injecting a fluid for medical use and is characterized in that the device consists of a base wherein a container (2) for receiving the injection fluid is provided, said container being formed by a bellows-shaped body (6) made of deformable material and including a top surface (4) comprising a tip (7) through which fluid passes, while the base (1) consists of a bottom wall, enabling the axially translatable piston rod to be guided, and a top wall, characterized in that: - the tip (7) is inserted into a suitable arrangement of the top wall of the base, - the top surface (4) and the bottom wall are conical in shape, while the chamber (6) of the container (2) consists of circular rings, and the piston has a shape complementing the shape of the cavity (8) of the bottom wall (5) such that, when the bellows is completely folded up into itself after injection, the chamber is totally empty, with no residual liquid.Dispositif dinjection dun fluide à usage médical, caractérisé en ce quil est constitué dun support dans lequel est installé un réservoir (2) destiné à recevoir le fluide à injecter, ledit réservoir étant formé dun corps (6) réalisé en matériau déformable, ayant la forme dun soufflet comprenant une face supérieure (4) comportant un embout (7) de passage du fluide, tandis que le support ( 1 ) est constitué par une paroi de fond permettant le guidage de la tige dun piston mobile en translation axiale, et une paroi de sommet, caractérisé en ce que - lembout (7) est engagé dans un aménagement approprié de la paroi de sommet du support, - La face supérieure (4) et la paroi de fond ont la forme dun cône, tandis que lenceinte (6) d u réservoir (2) est constitué danneaux circulaires et le piston est de forme complémentaire à la forme du logement (8) de la paroi de fond ( 5 ) de sorte de sorte q ue lorsque le soufflet est entièrement replié sur lui-même après injection, lenceinte est totalement vide sans liquide résidue.
