Provided is an adhesive sheet having excellent moisture resistance and having suppressed gas generation. This sheet body is laminated, having an adhesive layer on at least one surface thereof. Based on a modified MOCON method, the sheet body has: a transmission path of 2.5 mm through a prescribed length of sheet body internal volume (bulk); a transmission cell temperature of 40ºC; and a moisture permeation of 90 µg/cm2 in the adhesive layer adhesion surface direction per 24 hour measurement period, as obtained under conditions whereby humidity control gas supplied to a high-humidity chamber has a temperature of 40ºC and the relative humidity is 90%. In addition, the amount of heating gas generated by the sheet body is no more than 10 µg/cm2, as measured for 30 minutes at 130ºC using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.
