PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support upper limbs of an operator without impairing a degree of freedom in operation of the operator.SOLUTION: An upper limb assisting apparatus 1 comprises a waist part fixing part 2 and upper limb support parts 3, which are fixed to a waist part and upper limbs of an operator, respectively.
