An ex-vivo culturing method of osteoblasts for implantation, comprising a culturing of adult live osteoblasts as an ex-vivo procedure. The ex-vivo culture, which leads to the formation of the active substance, further comprises the steps of isolation of osteo-progenitor cells, differentiation of osteo-progenitor cells in to osteoblasts, expansion culture, cell culture harvest and wash followed by filling and packaging. This method is instrumental in accelerating the process of bone formation.L'invention concerne une méthode de culture ex vivo d'ostéoblastes à implanter, consistant à cultiver des ostéoblastes vivants adultes avec une procédure ex vivo. La culture ex vivo, qui conduit à la formation de la substance active, comprend par ailleurs les étapes consistant à isoler les cellules ostéo-progénitrices, à différencier les cellules ostéo-progénitrices des ostéoblastes, à cultiver en culture d'expansion, à récolter et laver les cellules cultivées, puis à charger et conditionner. Cette méthode permet d'accélérer le processus de formation osseuse.
