Disclosed is a valve that may be suitable as a sampling site for hemodynamic monitoring and blood sampling. The valve includes a housing with a cavity and conduits in fluidic communication with the cavity. The valve also includes an access port and a septum member that can transition between first and second states. In the first state, the septum member prevents flow through the access port. In second state, the septum member permits flow from one or more of the conduits through the access port.
