PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable training of treatment while recognizing movements and positions of treatment tools in a root canal in root canal treatment which can not be looked at straight and to make a trainee learn real sense of treatment.SOLUTION: A training device for dental treatment includes: a tooth model 4 at least a part of which comprises a transparent body and which has a root canal hole in the center a jaw model 1 provided with a tooth base part 12 which is formed so that the depth part of a tooth root part 8 can be inserted therein and which comprises a transparent body, and a gum part 14 which has an insertion hole 13 formed so that the shallow part 6 of the tooth root part 8 can be inserted, and comprises the transparent body and an opaque body a camera provided to the jaw model 1 a positioning means for fixing the camera a root canal length measurement means and an image display means for displaying a training video signal photographed by the camera and a video signal from the root canal length measurement means at the same time in the same scale on one image display means. The device enables training for photographing the tooth model 4 through the transparent body of the jaw model 1, displaying the image on the image display means, treating a root canal, measuring the depth of a periodontal pocket, or scaling while checking movements and positions of the treatment tool.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】直視できない根管治療における根管内での治療器具の動きや位置を把握しながら診療する実習を可能にし、実際の診療感覚を習得させる。【解決手段】少なくとも一部が透明体からなり中央に根管孔を有する歯牙模型4と、歯根部8の深部が挿入可能に形成され、透明体からなる歯台部12と、該歯根部8の浅部6が挿通可能に形成された挿通孔13を有し透明体および不透明体からなる歯肉部14とを備えた顎模型1と、該顎模型1に設けられたカメラと、該カメラを固定する位置決め手段と、根管長測定手段と、該カメラが撮影した実習の映像信号と根管長測定手段からの映像信号を一つの画像表示手段に同時にかつ同一スケールにて表示する画像表示手段とを備えて成り、前記歯牙模型4を前記顎模型1の透明体を通して撮影し、その画像を前記画像表示手段に表示し治療器具の動きや位置を確認しつつ根管治療、歯周ポケットの深さ測定あるいは歯石除去の実習をする。【選択図】図2
