PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for root canal therapy, a root canal R therapy unit, and a dental image display method minimizing cutting of a healthy part in a tooth and capable of guiding a cutting tool to a desired root canal R in the root canal R therapy.SOLUTION: The display device for root canal therapy includes: a three-dimensional information storage part 15a for storing 3D information including information related to a root canal R of a tooth photographed with an X-ray CT imaging apparatus 60； an object tooth designation operation part 12a for designating a tooth as an object of interest； a tooth image processing part 11a for creating a tooth image I related to the tooth； and a monitor 13 for displaying the tooth image I.
