PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing device, in which, in a case of displaying an endoscopic image obtained by an endoscope and a medical image obtained by a medical image diagnostic device, the endoscopic image and the medical image are displayed, matching the positions of an observation object represented in each of them.
SOLUTION: An endoscopic image processing part 10 identifies the outline of an enteric canal and a colic tenia out of endoscopic image data representing the inside of the large intestine. A CT image processing part 20 identifies a range of the enteric canal and a range of the colic tenia out of CT image data representing the large intestine. A position matching part 30 matches the position of the colic tenia based on the endoscopic image with the position of the range of the colic tenia based on the CT image, and then matches the shape of the range of the enteric canal based on the CT image with the shape of the outline of the enteric canal based on the endoscopic image. An image output part 40 displays the image of the enteric canal and the endoscopic image on a display part 43, with pixel values at corresponding positions in the CT image data allotted to respective positions of the enteric canal after shape matching.
