A management system (60) for managing remote communication between a first communication terminal (10) and a second communication terminal (40) includes a transmitter (61) that transmits first screen data to the first communication terminal (10) to cause a first display (217) at the first communication terminal (10) to display a first screen image based on the first screen data, a receiver (61) that receives image data including an eye image of a first user operating the first communication terminal (10) from the first communication terminal (10), the eye image of the first user being captured at the first communication terminal (10) while the first user is viewing the first screen image, a specification unit (65) that specifies a sightline position indicating a sightline of the first user with respect to the first screen image based on the received image data including the eye image, and a generator (66) that generates second screen data that includes sightline information indicating the sightline of the first user at the specified sightline position. The transmitter (61) transmits the second screen data to the second communication terminal (40) operated by a second user to cause a second display (217) at the second communication terminal (40) to display a second screen image having the sightline information on the specified sightline position.
