PURPOSE: A fish-breeding structure and an incubator structure using thereof are provided to offer aquatic environment according to depth of water. CONSTITUTION: A fish-breeding structure comprises a top fish reef(110), lower part fish reefs(120), a connecting member(130), and central part fish reefs(140). The top fish reef is formed to be floated by buoyancy. The lower part fish reef is formed in order to be fixed to bottom part of river. The connecting member interlinks a gap between the lower part fish reef and the top fish reef. The central part fish reef unites with the connecting member.본 발명은 부력에 의해 하천의 수면에 부유하도록 형성된 상부 어초(110) 하천의 바닥부(210)에 고정되도록 형성된 하부 어초(120) 하부 어초(120)와 상부 어초(110) 사이를 연결하는 연결부재(130) 연결부재(130)에 결합함과 아울러, 하천 중앙부에 부유하도록 하부 어초(120)와 상부 어초(110) 사이에 설치된 중앙부 어초(140)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합형 어초 구조물(100)을 제시함으로써, 국내의 하천, 저수지와 같이 계절에 따라 수위 변화가 극심하고, 동절기 동결의 발생이 쉬운 환경이라 하더라도, 수심에 따라 수생 동식물이 원활하게 서식할 수 있는 환경을 제공하도록 한다.
