The present invention relates to a method for removing sea cucumber excrement using a cellulose ether carrier. The method for removing sea cucumber excrement using a cellulose ether carrier comprises the steps of: etherifying the cellulose to prepare a cellulose ether carrier; preparing an enzyme and a microorganism covalently immobilized on the cellulose ether carrier; adding the immobilized enzyme and microorganism together with glucose and carbohydrate around excretion in a sea cucumber farming tank; and removing the sea cucumber excretion by a mutual function of the immobilized enzyme and microorganism. The method can be used to efficiently remove the excrement and waste generated in the farming tank in a process of culturing the sea cucumber.
