1. A hemostatic device, comprising: a substrate; a hemostatic clay material placed at least on one side of the substrate; a hypo-crosslinked binder configured to fix the hemostatic material to the substrate; in which the hemostatic device is subjected to a drying process; in which the binder has the effect of retaining, in general, the hemostatic material on the substrate upon contact with blood; as well as which device is configured in such a way that when treating bleeding, the use of the device is capable of absorbing blood into the substrate, as well as allowing at least a portion of the clay material to come into contact with blood to accelerate coagulation. 2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the substrate comprises at least one of the following: gauze material, woven material, sponge, sponge matrix or foamed polymer. 3. The device according to claim 1, wherein the binder is a cross-linked calcium alginate. 4. The device according to claim 1, wherein the binder is selected from the group consisting of cross-linked calcium alginate, glycerol, polyvinyl alcohol, chitosan, carboxymethyl cellulose, acid-soluble collagen, gelatin and hyaluronan. 5. The device according to claim 1, wherein the clay material contains kaolinite. 6. The device according to claim 1, wherein the clay material is selected from the group consisting of attapulgite, bentonite, kaolin, kaolinite and combinations of the above materials. 7.
