Specifically, the saponin of the ginseng is extracted, heat-treated and enzymatically converted to produce active-type saponins Rd, F2 and Rg3 containing Compound K, and these compounds K, Rd, F2 and Rg3 are contained as a main component in an amount of 90% The use of ginseng saponins having an effect of prolonging the life span of the cells, promoting differentiation of cells, increasing the number of erythrocytes, and reducing triglycerides.본 발명은 산삼, 산양삼, 배양근, 수인삼, 화기삼, 전칠삼, 또는 홍삼 등의 인삼류 사포닌의 용도로서, 세포의 수명연장 , 세포의 분화 촉진, 적혈구 수 증가, 에 대한 것이다. 구체적으로는 상기 인삼류 사포닌을 추출하고 열처리하고 효소전환시켜 Compound K를 포함하는 활성형 사포닌 Rd, F2, Rg3를 제조하고, 이들 Compound K, Rd, F2, Rg3를 주성분으로 90% 이상 함유하여, 세포의 수명연장, 세포의 분화 촉진, 적혈구 수 증가, 및 중성지방 감소 효과를 가지는 인삼류 사포닌의 용도에 관한 것이다.
