The present invention relates to the extension of a lifespan of a cell, the promotion of cell differentiation, the increased number of red blood cells, and the reduction of a neutral fat, as the uses of ginseng saponin such as wild ginseng, wood-cultivated ginseng, cultivated roots, water ginseng, Panax quinquefolius L., Panax notoginseng, or red ginseng, and the like. More specifically, the present invention relates to the uses of ginseng saponin, which comprises at least 90% of the Compound K, Rd, F2, and Rg3 as a main ingredient and has effects in reducing the neutral fat, increasing the number of red blood cells, promoting the cell differentiation, and extending the lifespan of the cell. The active saponin Rd, F2, and Rg3 comprising Compound K are manufactured by extracting, thermally treating, and enzymatically converting the ginseng saponin.본 발명은 산삼, 산양삼, 배양근, 수인삼, 화기삼, 전칠삼, 또는 홍삼 등의 인삼류 사포닌의 용도로서, 세포의 수명연장 , 세포의 분화 촉진, 적혈구 수 증가, 및 중성지방 감소에 대한 것이다. 구체적으로는 상기 인삼류 사포닌을 추출하고 열처리하고 효소전환시켜 Compound K를 포함하는 활성형 사포닌 Rd, F2, Rg3를 제조하고, 이들 Compound K, Rd, F2, Rg3를 주성분으로 90% 이상 함유하여, 세포의 수명연장, 세포의 분화 촉진, 적혈구 수 증가, 및 중성지방 감소 효과를 가지는 인삼류 사포닌의 용도에 관한 것이다.
