PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic information processing apparatus, an ophthalmic information processing program, and an ophthalmic surgery system which enable a user to appropriately access the information of a depth below a tissue surface when a surgical operation is carried out using a surgical microscope.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic surgery system includes a surgical microscope and a depth information acquisition unit. The surgical microscope includes an observation optical system for guiding an observation light flux from a patient eye to enable the user to observe the patient eye during operation. The depth information acquisition unit acquires information of a depth of patient eye biological tissue below the tissue surface observable by the surgical microscope.
