PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arthritis improvement composition capable of alleviating arthralgia in a short period of time, capable of retaining effects for a long period of time, and having both immediate effectivity and durability.SOLUTION: By ingesting the arthritis improvement composition combining glucosamines with carotenoids and/or eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), the arthralgia can be alleviated in a short period of time and further the effects can be retained for a long period of time. Namely it is found that the arthritis improvement composition has arthritis improvement effects having both the immediate effectivity and durability, and the present invention is accomplished. The arthritis improvement composition obtained by the present invention may be powdered, granulated, tableted by tableting it, or filled in a soft capsule or a hard capsule.
