The present invention relates to a field investigation system using a smart device. The present invention comprises: a smart device (100) including a sensor unit (10) for sensing the physical amount, a GPS unit (20) for receiving location information from a GPS satellite (G), a transmitting/receiving unit (30) for transmitting and receiving with network (N), an image outputting unit (40) for outputting images, and a controller (50); a GIS server (200) connected to the network; and a road name address DB server (300) connected to the network.
