Provided is a novel antibody for binding to CD3ε to construct a complex of human T cell antigen receptor and CD3, or a fragment thereof. This antibody or fragment thereof induces a decrease in the expression of TCR-CD3 complex, but does not also induce T cell proliferative response or T cell activation (IL-2 production). Furthermore, since this antibody has the quality of inducing unresponsiveness regardless of antigen sensitization, that is, in both naïve T cells and sensitized T cells, the antibody can be used advantageously as an immunosuppressant during organ transplant or as an agent for the treatment of autoimmune disease.Linvention concerne un nouvel anticorps destiné à la liaison à CD3ε pour construire un complexe de récepteur dantigène de lymphocyte T humain et de CD3, ou un fragment de celui-ci.
