A dehydration and concentration method of a traditional Chinese medicine decoction includes the following steps: (a) placing the Chinese medicine decoction in a low temperature environment sufficient to cause the water molecules condensed into ice, (b) gradually condensing the water molecules of the decoction into ice crystals so that the effective traditional Chinese medicine components of the decoction is separated from the water molecules that forms the ice crystals and (c) removing ice crystals condensed in step (b) to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine fluidextracts of low water content. The traditional Chinese medicine fluidextracts of low water content can be made rapidly by using the aforementioned method of separating Chinese medicine components and water molecules, and it does not have the thermal metamorphism effect. In addition, only simple equipments are required and the energy consumption is low.
