PURPOSE: A jeonyak using chicken feet, and a producing method thereof are provided to economically produce the jeonyak by avoid using cow feet. CONSTITUTION: A jeonyak is produced with chicken feet. A producing method of the jeonyak comprises the following steps: washing the chicken feet after removing yellow skin and claws； dipping the chicken feet in water for 1~3hours for removing blood； boiling the chicken feet for 5~20minutes, and washing the chicken feet with cold water； adding water and herbs to the chicken feet and heating again to obtain gelatin； filtering the mixture with a gauze； and solidifying the gelatin solution after adding cinnamon, honey and pepper.본 발명은 닭발을 이용한 전약 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 닭발에서 추출한 젤라틴 용액에 대추고, 계피가루, 후춧가루 및 꿀을 첨가해 제조한 전약과 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 콜라겐 성분과 불포화지방산인 리놀렌산 등이 함유되어 영양학적으로 우수한 닭발의 젤라틴을 이용하여 전약을 제조함으로써 소비자에게 저렴하면서 건강에 보탬이 될 수 있는 제품을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
