The electric wave type biosensor further includes: an I-Q norm angular velocity calculation unit which calculates an angular velocity and an IQ norm of the I signal and the Q signal, based on the I signal and the Q signal； a bio-information extract unit which extracts bio-information of the living body, based on the calculated angular velocity； and an output determination unit which determines whether the bio-information extracted by the bio-information extract unit is to be output based on whether a size of the calculated angular velocity is within a first threshold value.
