The present invention relates to an ultrasound image output apparatus and a method of outputting ultrasound images thereof wherein patient's hospital information converted into outside image signals by ultrasonic image signals of objects, doctor's attention information and cooperation information are synthesized and outputted on recording paper to enhance patient satisfaction by recording information patients need on the recording paper. The ultrasound image output apparatus of the one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a receiver unit for receiving ultrasound image signals or captured ultrasonic image signals from an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus； an input unit for inputting patient's hospital information, doctor's attention information and cooperation information that are recognized to the given patient； an image conversion unit for converting text included in the patient's hospital information, attention information, and cooperation information inputted in the input unit into images and using the converted image to generate outside image signals； an image synthesis unit for specifying the size of the recording sheet, adjusting the size of ultrasound image signals received by the receiver unit and outside image signals generated by the image conversion unit to a predetermined side based on the specified size of recording sheet, synthesizing the outside image signals to the adjusted ultrasound image signals； and synthesizing the outside image signals to the predetermined site of the ultrasound image signals to generate synthesis image signals； and a transmission unit for transmitting the synthesis image signals generated by the image synthesis unit to the output apparatus.
