PURPOSE: A pigment composition is provided to improve dispersity in pigment oil, to reinforce sinking stability, and to have clearer chroma of colors. CONSTITUTION: A pigment composition comprises pigment, oil and dispersant as active ingredients. The included amount of the dispersant is 1.5-20 weight% based on total weight of the pigment composition. The included amount of the oil is 18.5-78.5 weight% on the basis of the total weight of the pigment composition. A manufacturing method of the pigment composition comprises: a step of mixing the pigment and the dispersant； a step of wetting a mixture into oil； and a step of milling the wetted material.본 발명은 안료 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 계면활성력이 없는 분산제를 이용하여 안료의 분산성을 향상시키고 색상의 채도가 우수한 안료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
