An isosorbide preparation of this invention is characterized in that a pharmaceutical composition containing crystalline isosorbide with a water content of 0.5% by weight or less (except for the case where those with a particle size less than 355 μm are contained in a proportion of 85% by weight or more) and a lubricant is packaged with a water impermeable packaging material containing aluminum. This can stably maintain the pharmaceutical composition containing crystalline isosorbide which is highly hygroscopic and highly caking for a long period of time and the isosorbide preparation excellent also in portability is provided.La présente invention concerne une préparation d’isosorbure caractérisée en ce qu’une composition pharmaceutique contenant l’isosorbure cristallin avec une teneur en eau inférieure ou égale à 0,5 % en poids (sauf dans le cas où celles d’une dimension particulaire inférieure à 355 μm sont contenues en une proportion supérieure ou égale à 85 % en poids) et un lubrifiant est conditionnée avec un matériau de conditionnement imperméable à leau contenant de laluminium. Ceci peut permettre de conserver de manière stable la composition pharmaceutique contenant de lisosorbure cristallin qui est hautement hygroscopique et ayant une grande tendance à durcir sur une longue durée et on propose également une préparation disosorbure excellente en termes d’aptitude à être portée.本発明のイソソルビド製剤は、含水率が0.5重量%以下の結晶イソソルビド(粒径355μmより小さいものを85重量%以上含む場合を除く)と、滑沢剤とを含有する医薬組成物が水分を透過しないアルミニウムを含む包装材料で包装されていることを特徴とする。これにより、高吸湿性かつ易固結性の結晶イソソルビドを含有してなる医薬組成物を長期間安定に維持でき,しかも携行性にも優れるイソソルビド製剤が提供される。
