The present invention provides a method for conversion of primary immune cells into secondary immune cells, the method comprising the steps of: isolating exosomes from differentiated secondary immune cells； and treating the exosomes isolated in vitro with a population of cells including the primary immune cells that have progenitor cells in common with the immune cells and have completely differentiated into another type.본 발명은 분화가 완료된 제2면역세포로부터 엑소좀을 분리하는 단계； 및 시험관 내에서 상기 분리된 엑소좀을 상기 면역세포와 공통의 선조세포를 가지며 다른 유형으로 분화가 완료된 제1면역세포를 포함하는 세포집단에 처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 상기 제1면역세포의 상기 제2면역세포로의 교차분화 방법을 제공한다.
