The present invention provides an irrigation method for three-dimensional planting equipment, which basically comprises a planting tank configured with several layers, a liquid storage tank, a liquid delivery module, and a liquid returning module and, further provides a control circuit that is electrically connected with a plurality of control valves and a control circuit, in which the control circuit is configured in a control mode for alternately controlling the predetermined operations of control valves and dividing the time slots of planting tanks keeping their full levels of nutrition solution.
