PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for storing laver raw algae and a method for storing laver raw algae with and by which quality of dry laver produced with a dry laver-producing machine is improved.SOLUTION: The system for storing laver raw algae 1, temporarily storing laver raw algae gathered from a fish farm until the laver raw algae are fed to the dry laver-producing machine, includes laver storage tanks 2, 3 for storing the laver raw algae together with seawater, a nutritional supplement-feeding mechanism 4 for feeding a nutritional supplement to the inside of the laver storage tank, a seawater-feeding mechanism 5 for feeding the seawater to the insides of the laver storage tanks, and a seawater-draining mechanism 6 for draining the seawater from the insides of the laver storage tanks, so that the nutritional supplement-feeding mechanism 4 is driven to add the nutritional supplement to the seawater in the insides of the laver storage tanks 2, 3, thereafter the seawater-feeding mechanism and the seawater-draining mechanism are driven to change the seawater in the insides of the laver storage tanks into a condition of no addition of the nutrient supplement, and then the thus-treated seawater is fed to the dry laver-producing machine.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】海苔製造機で製造される乾燥海苔の品質を向上させるための海苔原藻貯蔵システム及び海苔原藻貯蔵方法を提供する。【解決手段】養殖場から収穫した海苔原藻を海苔製造機へ供給するまで一時的に貯蔵する海苔原藻貯蔵システム1において、海苔原藻を海水とともに貯蔵するための海苔貯蔵槽2,3と、前記海苔貯蔵槽の内部に栄養剤を供給するための栄養剤供給機構4と、前記海苔貯蔵槽の内部に海水を供給するための海水供給機構5と、前記海苔貯蔵槽の内部から海水を排出するための海水排出機構6と、を有し、前記栄養剤供給機構4を駆動して前記海苔貯蔵槽2,3の内部の海水に栄養剤を添加し、その後、前記海水供給機構と前記海水排出機構とを駆動して前記海苔貯蔵槽の内部の海水を栄養剤が添加されていない状態に置換し、その後、海苔製造機へ供給するように構成することにした。【選択図】図1
