PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for storing laver, capable of keeping a storage tank at a high dissolved oxygen concentration even after charging raw laver into a storage tank, and to provide an oxygen dissolving device for storing laver.SOLUTION: A device for storing laver supplies concentrated oxygen to a laver storage tank. The device for storing laver includes a storage tank to be charged with harvested laver to store, and an oxygen dissolving device dissolving concentrated oxygen in sea water. The oxygen dissolving device includes an oxygen dissolving tank storing sea water, an oxygen concentrating device, and a mixing device mixing concentrated oxygen supplied from the oxygen concentrating device, and sea water supplied from the oxygen dissolving tank, and discharging concentrated oxygen-containing nanobubble water into the oxygen dissolving tank.
