RNA interference (RNAi) substances and RNAi substance conjugates for inhibiting the expression of LPA (apo (a)) gene are described. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising one or more LPA RNAi materials, optionally with one or more additional therapeutic agents.
