The present invention relates to a hair dyeing composition using coffee grounds and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a shampoo or conditioner composition for dyeing hair using extracts of coffee grounds remaining after extracting coffee. The method for manufacturing a hair dyeing composition includes the steps of: adding water to the coffee grounds and extracting the extracts at 70 to 90 degrees centigrade； separating supernatant liquid of the extracts and drying and pulverizing the extracts； and mixing the pulverized extracts with washing liquid at a volume ratio of 1:2 to 1:6 and homogenizing a mixture thereof.본 발명은 커피찌꺼기를 이용한 모발 염색용 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 커피를 추출하고 남은 커피찌꺼기의 추출물을 이용하여 모발을 염색하는 샴푸 또는 컨디셔너 조성물에 관한 것이다.
