The present invention relates to a buried voice guiding device for a visually impaired person, installed in an elevator of subways and public facilities. In particular, the device comprises: a buried case formed in an open-front box shape and installed inside a jamb of an elevator； and an outer cover plate made of the same stainless steel material as the jamb of the elevator and coupled to the front side of the buried case. A radio wave penetration window to pass a radio wave transmitted from a remote controller of a user is installed on the outer cover plate and a radio frequency (RF) communication antenna to receive a radio wave of the remote controller is installed inside the radio wave penetration window； thus providing effects of harmonizing an appearance of the voice guiding device with an appearance of the elevator without difference to maintain a beautiful appearance, preventing omission and breakage due to exposure of the voice guiding device to largely enhance maintenance efficiency and durability, and removing risk in a short circuit and an electric shock caused by the inflow of rainwater to largely enhance safety.본 발명은 도시철도 및 공공시설의 엘리베이터에 설치되는 매립형 시각장애인용 음성유도기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 전면이 개구된 사각함체형상으로 이루어져 엘리베이터의 삼방틀 내부에 설치되는 매립케이스와 엘리베이터의 삼방틀과 같은 스테인레스재질로 이루어져 매립케이스의 전방에 결합되는 외부커버판을 포함하되, 상기 외부커버판에는 사용자의 리모컨에서 발신되는 전파를 투과시키기 위한 전파투과창이 설치되고 전파투과창의 내측에는 리모컨 전파를 수신하기 위한 R/F(Radio Frequency) 통신용 안테나가 설치되도록 구성함으로써, 음성유도기의 외관이 엘리베이터의 외관과 이질감 없이 조화를 이루게 하여 미려한 외관을 유지할 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 음성유도기의 외부노출로 인한 탈락 및 파손을 방지하여 유지관리의 효율성 및 내구성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 동시에 우수유입으로 인한 누전 및 감전의 위험성을 해소하여 안전성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 매립형 시각장애인용 음성유도기에 관한 것이다.
