In a cross-section where an at least single-turn coil pattern (341b) positioned in contiguity in the radial direction of the conductor ring (5) is cut in a plane including the radial direction and the homogeneous magnetic field direction (z-axis direction), a dimension in the radial direction is smaller than a coil pattern (342b) of another turn of the same coil as the at least single turn, and a dimension in the homogeneous magnetic field direction is larger.
