The present invention relates to a grain molding frame using gelatinized grains and a manufacturing method thereof, including a grain block which comprises gelatinized grains and a mixture of additives and is molded in a fixed shape； and a fixing plate which is formed by heating dough including wheat flour, starch and water, is molded corresponding to one surface of the grain block and is attached to the surface of the grain block. According to the present invention, the fixing plate shape is molded by corresponding to the one surface of the grain block, and one grain molding frame is completed by attaching the fixing plated to the one surface of the grain block, keeping the shape of the grain molding frame fixed.본 발명은 호화된 곡물을 이용한 곡물성형체 및 곡물성형체 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 호화된 곡물 및 첨가물의 혼합물로 구성되고, 미리 정해진 형상으로 성형되는 곡물블록 그리고 밀가루와 녹말 및 물을 포함하는 반죽을 가열하여 형성되되, 상기 곡물블록의 일면에 대응하는 면상으로 성형되며 상기 일면에 부착되는 고정피를 포함한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면 고정피의 형상을 곡물블록의 일면에 대응하는 면상으로 성형하고, 곡물블록의 일면에 고정피를 부착하여 하나의 곡물성형체를 완성함에 따라 곡물성형체의 형상이 고정된 상태로 유지될 수 있다.
