PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic treatment apparatus having a heat-generating chip and a wiring member insulated and sealed.SOLUTION: The cross section of a first high-frequency electrode 110 is L-shaped. The heat-generating chip 140, a flexible board 150 for wiring and a bonding wire, etc. are disposed on the first high-frequency electrode. The cross section of a first cover member 120 is L-shaped. The first cover member 120 is disposed in such a way as to cover the heat-generating chip 140, and creates a space for housing the heat-generating chip 140 together with the first high-frequency electrode 110. The space is filled with a sealant with adhesiveness.
