The present invention relates to a covering apparatus for a rice seed film, comprising: a frame provided at the rear of an agricultural machine, such as a riding covering machine, a rice planter, a tractor, a cultivator, or a manager； a rice seed film holder installed at an upper end of the frame to wind a biodegradable rice seed film； a balance plate installed at a lower end of the frame, having a length direction parallel with a plane direction of the farmland ground, and leveling the farmland ground on which the rice seed film is covered； a rice seed film press part provide at the rear of the balance plate to be spaced apart from the balance plate at a particular interval, and pressing the rice seed film spread on the farmland ground by rotation of the rice seed film holder； and a wheel type rice seed film fix part provided at the rear of the rice seed film press part to be spaced apart from the rice seed film press part at a particular interval, and pressing and fixing both ends of the rice seed film which is provided and pressed at the rear of the rice film press part, and more specifically, to an improved covering apparatus for a rice seed film, further comprising: a connection frame for fixing the frame to the rear of the rice planter as one body； and a side fertilizer for fertilizing the farmland ground at positions spaced from rice seeds inside the rice seed film to smoothly promote the growing and rooting of the rice seeds.
