According to an embodiment of the present invention, a handpiece for extracting hair from skin of a patient is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the handpiece comprises: an external housing； a power generating unit which is positioned inside the external housing； a spindle assembly which transfers rotation force generated in the power generating unit； and a punching needle which is mounted in a front side of the spindle assembly, is rotated by the rotation force generated in the power generating unit, and is inserted into the skin of the patient. The power generating unit includes: a first motor which rotates the spindle assembly and the punching needle in a first direction； and a second motor which rotates the spindle assembly and the punching needle in a second direction which is opposite to the first direction.
