According to an embodiment of the present invention, the handpiece comprises: an external housing； a power generation part provided in the external housing； a spindle assembly delivering rotatory force generated in the power generation part； a punching needle mounted at the front of the spindle assembly, rotated by the rotatory force generated in the power generation part, and inserted into skin of the patient； and a light source part generating light emitted to skin of the patient.
