The present invention relates to a composition containing bee venom phospholipase A2 (group Ⅲ sPLA2)isolated from bee venom as an active ingredient, which enables the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders by regulating the expression of AKT or p-38 MAPK kinase, thereby inhibiting neuronal cell death caused by modified prion proteins. According to the present invention, the composition containing Group sPLA as an active ingredient can regulate the activity of a neurodegeneration factors, and the neuronal cell death caused by modified prion proteins can be effectively inhibited； and thus, the composition can be used as a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative disorders.L'invention concerne une composition contenant une phospholipase A2 de venin d'abeille (sPLA2 du groupe III) comme principe actif, isolée à partir de venin d'abeille. Cette composition est destinée au traitement des maladies neurodégénératives par régulation de l'expression de la kinase AKT ou p-38 MAPK, ce qui inhibe la mort des cellules neuronales causée par des protéines de prions modifiées. Selon l'invention, la composition contenant une sPLA du groupe III comme principe actif peut réguler l'activité d'un facteur de neurodégénérescence et la mort des cellules neuronales causée par des protéines de prions modifiées peut être inhibée efficacement. La composition selon l'invention peut donc être utilisée comme composition pharmaceutique dans la prévention et le traitement des maladies neurodégénératives.본 발명은 봉독으로부터 분리된 봉독 포스포리파아제 A2(phospholipase A2, Group Ⅲ sPLA2)를 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것으로서, AKT 또는 p-38 MAPK 키나제의 발현을 조절하여 변형 프리온 단백질에 의해서 유발되는 신경세포 사멸을 억제하여 퇴행성 뇌질환의 치료가 가능한 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따른 Group sPLA를 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물은 신경 퇴행 인자의 활성을 조절할 수 있고, 이에 의해서 변형 프리온 단백질에 의해서 유발되는 신경세포의 사멸을 유효하게 억제할 수 있으며, 퇴행성 뇌질환의 예방 및 치료용 약학 조성물로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
