The present invention relates to a composition which contains, as an active ingredient, bee venom phospholipase A2 (phospholipase A2, Group III sPLA2) separated from bee venom. The composition controls the expression of AKT or p-38 MAPK kinase so as to inhibit neuronal cell death caused by abnormal prion proteins, and to thus treat degenerative brain disease. The composition that contains group sPLA as an active ingredient according to the present invention may adjust the activity of neurodegenerative factors, and thus may effectively inhibit neuronal cell death caused by abnormal prion proteins, and therefore can be effectively used as a composition for preventing and treating degenerative brain disease.La présente invention concerne une composition contenant, comme principe actif, la phospholipase A2 de venin d'abeille (phospholipase A2, Groupe III sPLA2) purifiée à partir du venin d'abeille. La composition contrôle l'expression de l'AKT ou de la p-38 MAPK kinase de sorte à inhiber la mort des cellules neuronales provoquée par des protéines prions anormales, et à traiter ainsi les maladies cérébrales dégénératives. La composition contenant le groupe sPLA comme principe actif selon la présente invention peut ajuster l'activité des facteurs neurodégénératifs, et ainsi inhiber de manière efficace la mort des cellules neuronales provoquée par des protéines prions anormales. Elle peut donc être utilisée de manière efficace comme composition de prévention et de traitement de maladies cérébrales dégénératives.본 발명은 봉독으로부터 분리된 봉독 포스포리파아제 A2(phospholipase A2, Group Ⅲ sPLA2)를 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것으로서, AKT 또는 p-38 MAPK 키나제의 발현을 조절하여 변형 프리온 단백질에 의해서 유발되는 신경세포 사멸을 억제하여 퇴행성 뇌질환의 치료가 가능한 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따른 Group sPLA를 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물은 신경 퇴행 인자의 활성을 조절할 수 있고, 이에 의해서 변형 프리온 단백질에 의해서 유발되는 신경세포의 사멸을 유효하게 억제할 수 있으며, 퇴행성 뇌질환의 예방 및 치료용 약학 조성물로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
