The present invention relates to a method for producing fast fermented bean paste using a complex microbial fermented solution, and more specifically, to a method for producing fast fermented bean paste using a complex microbial fermented solution, wherein the fast fermented bean paste improves taste and flavor by reducing strong odor and contains various enzymes. The method for producing fast fermented bean paste using a complex microbial fermented solution according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a step of preparing a complex microbial fermented solution, a step of washing grains, a step of putting the complex microbial fermented solution and the grains into a pressure vessel and boiling, and a fermentation step.
