PURPOSE: A urine testing system based on mobile network and a method thereof are provided to remotely divide a urine sensing unit from a urine analyzing unit and interconnect with communication network of a communication company, thereby enabling a user to conveniently use the urine testing system. CONSTITUTION: A urine sensing module(100) generates urine sensing information from a urine strip of a user. The urine sensing module transmits the urine sensing information by a network device(200). A health care server(300) receives the urine sensing information. The health care server revises an error caused by light irradiation on the urine strip.
