PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or solve the problem of the prior art, to provide a medication dispenser taking the activity of a user into consideration, to provide an automatic dispensing method enabling a user to lead a normal life as much as possible in spite of prolonged administration, and to provide a method and a system easy and safe in use.SOLUTION: A method and a system for controlling metering distribution of a medicament from a medication dispenser include a medicament package containing a medicament to be taken in a predetermined taking time. The method includes some steps including: a step of providing a medication dispenser with patient's medication profile； and a step of giving information on patient's absence period to the medication dispenser.
