PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GI (glycemic index) value-reducing agent reducing the GI value of foodstuffs by containing soybean powder, dried fruits and/or hardly digestible dextrin, and also a method for producing the foodstuffs reduced with the GI value, characterized by adding the GI value-reducing agent.
SOLUTION: The GI value of the foodstuffs can be reduced by the incorporation of a soybean powder, dried fruits and/or hardly digestible dextrin.
