PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device and an ultrasonic measurement apparatus capable of performing accurate ultrasonic measurement while narrowing intervals of measurement positions.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic device includes a plurality of ultrasonic element arrays having a first ultrasonic element array and a second ultrasonic element array. The ultrasonic element arrays intersect with a first direction and a second direction intersecting with the first direction respectively in the thickness direction, and include a plurality of ultrasonic transmission and reception parts arranged as a line in the first direction. The first ultrasonic element array and the second ultrasonic element array are arranged as the line in the first direction, and arranged at a position deviated from each other with respect to the second direction. The first ultrasonic element array transmits an ultrasonic wave in the thickness direction.
