Two beveled swivel blades (2) and symmetrical to the cutting plane ending their strokes in front of two static blades (1) forming a V. This interpenetration dynamic allows a nesting of the assembly which concludes the cut by necking at an intrinsic point to the section debited. Clamping arms (10) retain the fall of the sections. A gripper (fig8, c) allows handling without cutting. The assembly being actuated by a double-acting cylinder (3) linked to sets of transition rods (7 and 13). The apparatus according to the invention is particularly intended for the maintenance and the exploitation of plants. Deux lames pivotantes biseautées (2) et symétriques au plan de coupe finissant leurs courses face à deux lames statiques (1) formant un V. Cette dynamique d'interpénétration permet une imbrication de l'ensemble qui conclue la coupe par striction en un point intrinsèque à la section débitée. Des bras de serrage (10) retiennent la chute des tronçons. Une pince de préhension (fig8,c) autorise une manutention sans coupe. L'ensemble étant actionné par un vérin double effet (3) lié à des jeux de bielles de transition (7et13). L'appareil selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à l'entretien et à l'exploitation des végétaux.
