PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage device capable of reducing a risk of making a user feel troublesome.SOLUTION: A massage device 1 comprises a body part 10, a lower limb support part 31, a lower limb side connection part 32, a detection part 50, and a control part 40. The lower limb side connection part 32 has a reciprocating motion mode of reciprocating by changing a rotation direction with respect to the body part 10. The detection part 50 outputs a detection signal when a support position, which is a rotation position of the lower limb support part 31 with respect to the body part 10, takes a detection position or a detection range and also outputs a pre-start detection signal before the start of the reciprocating motion mode. The control part 40 executes post-motion position control after the completion of the reciprocating motion mode. The post-motion position control executes position change control or position holding control based on the pre-start detection signal. The position change control sets a regulated support position based on the pre-start detection signal and changes the support position to the regulated support position.
