PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sparging well, soil treatment system, and treatment method with low construction costs of the sparging well or soil treatment system, and shortening the construction period, with superior treatment performance of contaminated soil. SOLUTION: This sparging well 10 treats contaminated ground consisting of at least two or more contaminated soil layers, extended to the lower part of the lowest contaminated soil layer. Inside of its outermost passage is demarcated into passages 11a, 12a, 13a guiding fluid containing air and liquid, and respective passages are composed to supply fluid to proper contaminated soil layers G3, G2, G1. The soil treatment system 100 comprises the sparging well 10, discharging wells 4, 5 installed in respective contaminated soil layers and leading passing fluid having passed through the respective layers to the ground, a supply means 6 supplying fluid to the sparging well 10, and a vacuum unit 7.
