PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor for a fishing reel, which has a high design freedom degree capable of easily forming various lengths, thicknesses and sectional shapes and which is accompanied by an inexpensive yoke.SOLUTION: A motor for a fishing reel for driving the drive parts 7 of a fishing reel comprises: a magnet 33 constituting a magnetic field an armature 35 arranged on the inner side of the magnet 33 and a cylindrical yoke 90 mounted on the outer side of the magnet 33 for constituting a magnetic circuit to prevent the leakage of a magnetic force.
